摘 要:采用复杂可编程逻辑器件(ComplexProgrammableLogicDevice,CPLD)结合单片机(SingleChipMicroprocessor,SCM)控制结构实现了正弦脉宽调制(SinusoidalPulseWidthModulation,SPWM)变频调速控制,由于CPLD和SCM之间互补性较强,所以采用该控制结构可大大增加系统设计的灵活性,提高系统的可靠性和精度,同时降低系统的设计成本,简化电路设计,优化整个控制系统的性能。文中简单介绍了变频调速技术的发展及SPWM变频调速控制的原理,重点介绍了采用CPLD结合SCM控制结构进行SPWM变频调速控制的软硬件实现。实验波形证明,系统可实现稳定的SPWM输出控制。Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) variable frequency speed adjusting control is realized by combining Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD) with Single Chip Micro-processor (SCM) control structure. Because of strong mutual complementarities between CPLD and SCM ,so this control structure can improve the system's designation agility,reliability and precision,meantime can make the circuit designation simpler,decrease the cost of system designation and improve the system's performance.Brief introduction of variable frequency speed adjusting technology development and SPWM control principle is made.The software and hardware realizations performed by CPLD and SCM structure were introduced in detail.The waveform from experiment proved the system is to be able to provide steady SPWM output control.
