控冷生产HRB400小规格螺纹钢筋的试验研究

摘　　要：结合唐钢高线厂HRB335(20MnSi)小规格螺纹钢筋生产工艺及产品质量,提出了采用吐丝后强制风冷工艺用20MnSi钢生产HRB400小规格螺纹钢筋产品的新工艺。经生产试验,产品力学性能、工艺性能完全达到标准要求。Combined with the production process and quality of the small size HRB335 (20MnSi)ribbed bars made in High-speed Wire Factory, Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co.,a new technology to produce the small size HRB400 ribbed bars from 20MnSi steel with forced air cooling process is put forward. The production test shows the mechanic property and technological property reach the standard.
