摘　　要：结合天津天钢集团有限公司(以下简称天钢)炼钢厂现有物流调控现状,在分析研究了该厂的炼钢、精炼、连铸工序时间参数的基础上,找出了天钢炼钢厂年产400万t钢物流时序上的瓶颈环节,提出了多维流程和品种协调性方案,为全流程更好地衔接匹配和高效地完成400万t钢生产奠定基础。Based on the present condition of mass flow regulation and control and analysis of the working procedure, LD parameter, smelting ,LF refining to continuous casting the bottleneck for the annual 4 million ton production has been found out. A model of multi-dimensional technological process and the multi-variety coordination was proposed in order to match well for the whole process and effectively complete 4 million ton steel production per year.
