摘 要:煤炭矿区开采强度大,开采引起的地表沉陷移动和变形量大、范围广、速度快,已经成为制约矿区发展的重要因素。文中通过辨识矿产资源开发利用过程中环境危害因子,提出了开采沉陷环境综合治理方案决策与选择的环境费用效益分析方法,为开采沉陷控制和治理工程方案选择提供了一种兼顾环境效益、社会效益和经济效益的新的评价方法。There is big intensity in coal mining areas. The topographical displacement and the distortion caused by mining are great, the scope is wide and the displacement speed is rapid, which have become the important factors to restrict development of the mining areas. Through identification of the environment harmful factors during the development and utilization of mineral resources, the environment expense-benefit analysis method for the decision of comprehensive control plans of mining subsidence environment are put forward. It provides a new evaluation method considering environment benefit, social benefit and economic benefit for plans selection of mining subsidence control and control engineering.
