摘　　要：旅游业作为信息密集型产业,信息在其中占据着核心的地位。建设旅游信息库是国家旅游信息化战略的重点,而旅游信息元数据制定则是信息库建设中的基础问题。为此,介绍了旅游信息资源元数据规范的设计过程;并在研究旅游信息和XML技术的基础上,提出了基于XML的元数据方案,设计了一个基于元数据的旅游信息共享服务平台,使各种旅游信息系统形成了一个开放的网络,以达到对旅游信息的发布和获取更大程度上的自动化。Tourism is an information-intensive industry in which information is a central issue. The construction of tourism information database is very important in tourism information, and metadata of tourism information is the fundamental problem in this process. This paper addressed in the design of tourism information metadata. Based on the researching of the character of metadata and XML, we proposed a XML-base metadata standard. In the end we designed a referenced service platform for tourism information sharing through which various tourism and travel information systems can release and retrieval tourism information automatically.
