摘　　要：PQF连轧管机组代表了当今轧管机组工艺设计和制造的最新发展水平,该机型轧制的钢管壁厚精度及生产效率优于其他类型的连轧管机组。结合天津钢管集团有限公司PQF三辊式限动连轧管机组的生产实践和工艺特点,对三辊式连轧管生产工艺优势及设备特点进行了阐述。With product W.T. tolerance and productivity better than any other mandrel pipe mill, the PQF mandrel mill represents the latest level of the seamless steel tube mill in terms of process design and manufacture. Based on the operation practice and process features of the PQF 3-roll retained-mandrel mill located in Tianjin Steel Tube Group, the technological advantages and equipment characteristics of the 3-roll mandrel pipe mill are elaborated and discussed.
