摘　　要：行政处理机制在解决环境纠纷时具有高效性和专业化的优势,但我国现行行政处理方式单一,行政处理决定的效力不明确,不利于纠纷的及时解决。完善之途在于制定专门的法律,设立专门的处理机关,增加行政处理方式,明确行政处理决定的效力。Administrative resolutions are the proper ways to handle environmental disputes. But our administrative resolution is simple, and the resolutions can＇t be enforced, which doesn＇t help to settle disputes in time.In order to perfect our administrative resolution, we need to formulate special law, establish specific department, and enforce the resolutions.
