摘　　要：介绍了DCS控制系统在步进梁式加热炉上的应用。重点介绍了加热炉燃烧自动控制系统的硬件和软件配置及系统功能,对双交叉限幅燃烧控制等原理和功能作了说明。This paper focus on the application of DCS control system in High Speed Rod Mill Heating Furance.lt emphasizes to describe the hardware and the software configuration and functions of combustion automatic control system for reheating furnace are introduced,and the operating principles and functions of double cross limit combustion control,etc are described.
