摘　　要：设计并实现了电力故障信息在网络中的发布,通过对实际故障数据的分析,结合COMTRADE格式和网络发布语言JSP的特点,以交互的方式完成对故障数据的在线分析与基本信息的发布。该系统结合常用的继电保护方法,能够为用户提供一个稳定直观的查询平台,有利于电力系统的配置优化和资源共享,并在最终的实际应用中得到了验证。The paper introduces a network issuing system for dealing with power system information in a interaction way with analysis of real fault data and character of COMTRADE standard and JSP. If combined with relay protection, this system can provide a convenient platform for query and do good to scheme optimization and resource sharing of power system. The proposed system has been tested in practical application.
