摘　　要：介绍圆筒蒸锅的特点,及在粘胶织物活性平网印花后的蒸化工艺中的应用。分析了印浆中染料、糊料、尿素、碱剂和防染盐对蒸化效果的影响,结合生产实践,提出采用圈挂法,蒸化条件为压力0.8 kg/cm2,时间30 m in。Based on production practice, the characteristics of cylinder steamer and its application to aging steaming after flat-screen printing of viscose fabric with reactive dye were introduced. The influence of dyes in printing paste, printing thickener, urea, alkali agent and resist salt to aging effect was analyzed. The aging condition was 0.8 kg/cm^2 of pressure,and 30 min of time.
