^(131)碘治疗Grave′s病后检测血清TRAb的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:分析Grave′s病患者131碘治疗后的血清TRAb变化,探讨TRAb在131碘治疗甲亢中的应用价值。方法:采用放射受体分析法检测了101例131碘治疗的Grave′s病患者血清TRAb,根据131碘治疗后对血清TRAb变化进行对比分析。结果:甲亢持续组TRAb升高阳性率明显高于甲亢治愈组,两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。而在131碘治疗后TRAb的变化与甲亢严重无关(P>0.05)。结论:TRAb检测在Grav′s病131碘治疗中具有重要指导作用。Objective：To analyse the change of serum TRAb in Grave＇s disease after ^131I treatment and to detect applied value of TRAb in ^131I treatment of Grave＇s disease. Methods ：Serum TRAb levels were determinde with RRA in 101 case of Grave＇s disease after ^131I treatment,and analyse the change of TRAb levels. Results：Positive rate of higher levels of TRAb after ^131I treatment were significantly higher in uncontroled hyperthyroidism groups than in controlled hyperthyroidism groups（P〈0.05）. But it is not related between the change of serum TRAb after ^131I treatment and the severity of hyperthyroidism（P〉0. 05）,Conclusion ：Detection of serum TRAb may play a guided role in ^131I theraov of Greave＇s disease.
