摘 要:三峡电站汛期和非汛期调峰将对下游河段航运产生非恒定流影响,利用下游的葛洲坝水库进行反调节调度,可改善三峡大坝以下河段通航水流条件,减小不稳定流对航运的不利影响,这样既兼顾了航运,又能充分发挥三峡电站的发电效益,但由于葛洲坝的反调节库容有限,不能完全调平三峡水库的下泄过程,因此对三峡电站负荷日调节对下游两坝间航运影响进行了专题试验研究,论证并优化了各种调节调度方案,提出了为设计采用的研究成果及需进一步研究的有关问题。The peak load regulation of TGP both in flood and dry seasons will produce the unsteady flow on the navigation of its lower reaches. By use of reverse regulation of the downstream Gezhouba project, the flow conditions for navigation in the lower reaches of TGP will be improved and the adverse impact of unsteady flow on navigation will be mitigated. Thus, both the navigation and power generation benefits of TGP can be satisfied. However, due to the limitation of reverse regulating pondage, it is impossible to completely make the discharging course balanced of the Three Gorges reservoir. Therefore, a special experimental research is performed to aim at the influece of daily load regulation of TGP power station on navigation between the two dams, various regulation schemes are demonstrated and optimized, the research for design and the relevant issues needed to be further studied are put forward.
