摘　　要：应用骨髓细胞体外培养技术，观察了国产重组人白细胞介素３（ｒｈＩＬ－３）对人骨髓粒单祖细胞集落的影响。结果显示，ｒｈＩＬ－３能刺激正常骨髓细胞形成由粒细胞或（和）单核细胞构成的细胞集落，这种效应在一定范围内与ｒｈＩＬ－３剂量呈依赖关系。Using hematopoietic progenitor culture, effect of rhIL 3 on human bone marrow progenitor cell colony formation was assayed. The results showed that rhIL 3 can induce normal human bone marrow mononuclear cell to form colonies of granulocyte and/or macrophage. The increase in the number of colony forming units of granulocyte macrophage (CFU GM) is concentration dependent.
