摘　　要：社会技术的本质问题是社会技术哲学研究的一个核心问题。社会技术是人们改造社会世界、调整社会关系、控制社会运行、解决社会矛盾、实现人类改造社会世界目的的实践性知识体系。社会科学是社会技术的理论基础,社会技术是社会科学发生作用的中介。社会科学向社会技术的转化是科学理论向社会实践的转化、客观必然性向主观目的性的转化、相对真理性向社会功利性的转化。The core question of the social technology is essential in social technology philosophy research. It is a practical knowledge system for people to transform the social world, adjust social relations, control society movement and solve society contradictions, thus to achieve the successful transformation of the social world. Social science is the theoretical basis of social technology, which functions as the intermediary of the former in return. The transformation of the social sciences to the social technology is the transformation of the scientific theory to the social practice, the objective necessity to the subjective goal and the relative truth to the social utility.
