结核性脑膜炎脑脊液IL－2受体的研究

摘　　要：运用双抗体夹心法检测了３３例结核性脑膜炎（结脑）和３０例非结脑病人的脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）中的可溶性白细胞介素－２受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）。分析了急性期、亚急性期、恢复期结脑ＣＳＦ中ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平。结果显示：结脑患者ＣＳＦ中ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平与对照组相比有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）。急性期、亚急性期结脑患者ＣＳＦ中的ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平与恢复期比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），结果提示了ＣＳＦＳＩＬ－２Ｒ可作为结脑诊断。The level of soluble interleukin 2 receptor(SIL 2R) in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) from 33 patients with tuberculous meningitis(TBM) and 30 patients with other neurologic disorders(OND) were detected using two antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). The level of SIL 2R in CSF from patients with TBM during the acute and the subacute and the recovery stages were analyzed, the results showed that the CSF level of SIL 2R in TBM group was significantly higher than that of the OND group( P <0 001). The level of IL 2r in CSF of patients with TBM in acute or subacute stage was significantly higher than that of the patients with TBM in recovery stage( P <0 05). This paper demonstrated that the level of SIL 2R in CSF could be of diagnostic and prognostic value in tuberculous meningitis.
