摘　　要：介绍了测量不确定度的具体评定步骤及测量结果,不确定度表示的方法。以测量水中总硬度为例进行分析,全面估计分析不确定度的来源,得出其扩展不确定度。This article introduced the definition of uncertainty of measurement,evaluation proceas and the evalustion method of uncertainty.Author analyzed the sources of uncertainty in determination of total hardness in water.The expanded uncertainty was obtained.It is reference to evalustion of uncertainty.
