摘　　要：对一种单元探测器热像仪的扫描方法进行了研究,单元热像仪的成像需要进行行扫描和帧扫描才能完成一幅图像。为了提高热像仪的灵敏度,探测器采用了液氮制冷的中波红外探测器件。文中介绍了热像仪的扫描原理和扫描方法,重点解决了帧扫描方法所用的凸轮机构及其驱动方式以及行扫描和帧扫描的同步问题。此方法在某型红外热像仪研制中成功得到了运用,扫描平稳,其温度分辨率达到了0.01°。其扫描方法可以应用到其它热像仪的设计。A scanning method of a single-detector thermal imager is studied. To accomplish a whole image using a single detector, row and frame scanning should be used. A middle wavelength infrared detector is cooled by liquid nitrogen. This work resolved the scanning principle and method, the cam machine and driving method of frame scanning and synchronous problem of row and frame scanning, which is successfully used in the design of an infrared thermal imager and can be used in the design of other similar infrared thermal imager.
