摘　　要：活性多糖是新药研发中的一个热点,其中研究相对较多的是来源于微生物的多糖。近年来,关于微生物多糖的研究有了进一步的发展,本文对药用微生物多糖在生物活性、作用机制和构效关系等各方面的最新研究进展进行了综述。Over the past few years, many advances have been made toward research on active polysaccharides especially microbial polysaccharides, it becomes a hot spot in new drug research and development. This review will focus on recent studies that illustrate the biological activities, mechanisms of action and structure-function relationships of microbial polysaccharides for drug use.
