摘  要:研究了重金属离子Cd2+、Hg2+、Cr6+污染对组培盾叶薯蓣叶绿素含量的影响.结果显示:当重金属离子浓度较低时,组培盾叶薯蓣叶绿素含量随重金属浓度增加而增加.随着重金属离子浓度增加,组培盾叶薯蓣叶绿素含量降低,其抑制效应随重金属浓度的增加而增强.三种金属离子对组培盾叶薯蓣叶绿素含量影响的强弱顺序依次为:Cd2+、Cr6+、Hg2+、Cd2+-Hg2+-Cr6+互作、Hg2+-Cr6+互作、Cd2+-Cr6+互作、Cd2+-Hg2+互作.Effects pollution of Cd^2+ , Hg^2+ and Cr%6+ on chlorophyll content of tissue cultured Dioscorea zingiberensis was measured. The results showed that Lower concentration of heavy metal increased chlorophyll content which was increased as increased of heavy metal concentration. While higher concentration decreased chlorophyll content, and the inhibiting effect increased as increased of heavy metal concentration. The one by one in size order of the primary and secondary impact of the content of chlorophyll of tissue cultured Dioscorea zingiberensis was: Cd^2+, Cr^6 +, Hg^2 +, the reciprocity of Cd^2 + -Hg^2 + -Cr^6 +, the reciprocity of Hg^2 + -Cr^6 +, the reciprocity of Cd^2 + -Cr^6 + , the reciprocity of Cd^2 + -Hg^2 + .
