摘 要:利用聚丙烯腈活性炭纤维(PAN-ACF)在模拟烟气条件下进行吸附脱除NO和SO2的试验研究,重点研究吸附剂质量与烟气流量之比W/Q、水蒸气和氧体积分数、温度等因素对吸附的影响,得到了单独吸附SO2和NO时的最佳工况为:温度30℃、水蒸气体积分数为8%、氧气体积分数为5%、W/Q为2.5(g.min)/L,此时SO2和NO的吸附效率分别为85.8%和65.9%.最后进行同时脱除SO2和NO的试验,结果表明:SO2和NO同时存在时,NO促进了SO2的吸附,而SO2对NO的吸附起抑制作用,此时SO2和NO的吸附效率分别为89.0%和19.0%.The adsorption removal of NO and SOz using activated carbon fibers in simulated flue gas were experimentally studied, emphasizing on the influence of the ratio of adsorbent mass to flue gas flux, namely, W/Q, vapor and oxygen volume percentage and temperature. The optimal adsorption conditions for SOz and NO respectively were at 30℃, vapor and oxygen volume percentage were 8 % and 5 %, and W/Q was 2.5 (g · min)/L, under which the adsorption efficiency were 85.8 % and 65.9 %. Simultaneous adsorption of SOz and NO were carried out. The results showed that when SOz and NO were co-existent, NO promoted the adsorption of SO2, whereas the uptake of NO was restraihed by SO2 and the adsorption efficiency were 89.0 % and 19.0% for SO2 and NO respectively.
