摘 要:提出了蜂王浆中氯霉素残留量测定的高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用(HPLC/MS/MS)法.采用C18 SPE萃取小柱净化蜂王浆样品,以电喷雾负离子多反应监测方式进行定性定量分析。并优化了提取、净化及仪器各项参数,测定结果重复性较好,氯霉寨残留量在(0.1~0.3)×10^-9之间,RSD小于10%时,方法的检出限为0.1×10^-9。线性方程的相关系数为0.9998,氯霉素残留量在(0.1~0.3)×10^-9时回收率在90%~110%之间.所建立的方法可用于蜂王浆中低浓度氯霉索残留的分离检测.After using C18 SPE cartridge to clean up the royal jelly sample, a high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC/MS/MS) was developed for determination of chloramphenicol (CAP) residue in royal jelly. Analytical identification and quantification were performed using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) and electrospray ionization in negative mode. The analytical conditions of extraction and clean-up and all the parameter of instrument were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the RSD of this method was good and lower than 10% when the residue amount of CAP was between (0.1-0.3))×10^-9. The detection limits of this method were 0.1 × 10^-9 and the correlation coefficients of linear regression equations were 0. 999 8. The recoveries were 90 %-110% when the residue amount of CAP was between (0.1-0.3)×10^-9. This method was suitable for determining low CAP residue in royal jelly.
