摘  要:目的探讨氨基胍(AG)对创伤性休克大鼠各时间段血浆内皮素(ET)浓度的影响。方法复制SD大鼠创伤性休克模型,将大鼠分为处理组与休克组,处理组在休克末给予AG。测定大鼠在休克末和复苏后1 h、3 h5、h各时间段血浆ET的浓度。结果创伤性休克大鼠休克末和复苏后各时间段血浆ET浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。而处理组大鼠由于补充外源性氨基胍,在一定程度上抑制了血浆内皮素ET浓度的升高,改善了创伤性休克的预后。结论休克后血浆ET值显著升高,参与了休克的病理生理损害过程,是有可能造成休克后期机体死亡的原因之一。Objective Investigate the effect of AG to the change of plasma concentration of endotelin(ET) in the rats with traumatic shock.Methods Rat models of traumatic shock were established in SD rats, divide them into two groups: shock group and treatment group. The latter group are provided with AG after shock. The plasma concentration of ET were measured before and after the shock and 1,3 ,and 5 h after resuscitation. Results Plasma ET concentration of shock group rats increased significantly after shock and 1,3 and 5 h after resuscitation( P 〈 0.05). While the prognosis of treatment group is better because the supplement of exogenous AG inhibit the increase of plasma ET level .Conclusion The plasma ET level increase significantly. It is included in the pathophysiology process d caused the death of shock patient in the later stage of shock
