摘　　要：目的探讨血清心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)在病毒性心肌炎病程观察及预后判断中的应用价值。方法102例急性病毒性心肌炎(VMC)患者根据cTnT检测结果分为cTnT阳性组和cTnT阴性组,并分别对两组进行cTnT与超声心动(LVEF、CI、E/A、LVEDd)、cTnT与心电图检查结果、以及cTnT与治愈率的比较研究。结果VMC患者cTnT阳性组LVEF、CI、E/A显著低于cTnT阴性组(P<0.05);cTnT阳性组ECG正常率明显低于cTnT阴性组(P<0.05)、而重叠异常率明显高于cTnT阴性组(P<0.005);cTnT阳性组1个月的治愈率、3个月的总治愈率明显低于cTnT阴性组(P<0.005)。结论cTnT阳性组心功能和心肌受损害较cTnT阴性组严重。CTnT是病毒性心肌炎病情观察及预后判断的重要指标。Objective To investigate the value of cardic troponin T（cTnT） in the observation and prognosis estimation in patients with viral Myocarditis（VMC）. Methods Serum cTnT was detected in 102 patients with acute viral myocarditis. 102 patients were divided into cTnT positive group（ n = 46, group 1） and negative group（ n = 56, group 2）. All patients were performed with echocardiography and electrocardiograph（ECG）. Results There were significant differences in heart function between group 1 and group 2（CI, E/A, LVEDd, P 〈 0.05） ; The normal rate of ECG in group 1 was significantly lower than group 2（P 〈 0.05）, but the overlapping abnormity rate was markedly higher（P 〈 0.005）. The cure rate of group 1 was significantly lower than group 2 in 3 months（ P 〈 0.005）. Conclusion The heart function of positive group was lower than the negative group. Cadic damage in positive group were more severe than in negative group, cTnT plays an impotant role in observationg and prognosis estimation in patients with viral Myocarditis.
