常光全自动电泳仪测定血清蛋白的方法学评价

摘  要:目的评价日本常光CTE-1000型全自动蛋白电泳分析仪及其配套试剂测定血清蛋白电泳的性能及其在疾病诊断中的价值。方法与法国SEBIA电泳仪及其配套试剂进行比较,做相关性检验。用健康体检标本做室内正常参考值。结果与SEBIA电泳仪比较,5种蛋白组分的相关系数为:0.805—0.970。室内正常参考值为:白蛋白62.1%-67.9%、α2 1.9%-2.7%、α2 26,3%^.8.1%、β 8.4%-10.8%、γ球蛋白13.3%-18.5%。结论CTE-1000型全自动蛋白电泳分析仪采用高度全自动化的电泳和染色技术,使得血清蛋白电泳操作简便,图谱清晰,分辨率高,结果准确;并具有特有的蛋白电泳病理解析系统,对疾病具有一定的临床诊断价值。Objective To evaluate the natural capacity of JOKOH system and kits about serum protein electrophoresis. Methods The correlation tests comparing with SEBIA system were done. The normal reference values of healthy person serum were established.Results Comparing with SEBIA system,the eoorelation coefficients of five protein components were 0.805-0,970.The normal reference values were Alb 62.1% - 67.9%,α2 1.9% - 2.7% ,α2 6.3% - 8.2% ,β 8.4% - 10.8% ,γ13.3% - 18.5% .Conclusion Owing to adopting high automatic technique of electrophoresis and stain,the operation of serum protein electrophoresis is simple and quickly, the collection of illustrative plates are clear,the resolution power is high, and the results are accurate. The results of pathological analysis system are useful index for the diagnosis and treatment of different disease.
