摘　　要：针对铁路危险货物运输中存在的环境污染风险,分析了我国铁路危险货物运输中存在的不足和事故环境污染的特点,提出了依法行政整章建制、合理规划办理站布局、改善运输设备及条件、加强人员培训等相应的防范措施和建议。Regarding with the environmental pollution risk during the railway transport of dangerous goods,the authors analyze the defects of the environmental protection of railway dangerous goods transport andthe characteristics of such environmental pollution accidents, and give their suggestions on preventingenvironmental pollution, including administrating according to the laws and legislating a whole series ofrelated rules and regulations, scientifically planning the allocation of railway stations that could handledangerous goods transport, improving transportation facilities and conditions, strengthening the training ofrelated staffs, etc.
