鲜天麻蜜膏的毒理学实验研究

摘　　要：急性毒性试验表明，鲜天麻蜜膏ＬＤ_（５０）无法求出，最大耐受量（ＭＴＤ）为５５．６ｇ生药／ｋｇ，相当于人拟用临床剂量０．２７ｇ生药／ｋｇ的２０４．６倍，说明鲜天麻蜜膏临床用药是安全的。长期毒性试验表明，以２４ｇ／ｋｇ及０．８ｇ／ｋｇ计量连续灌胃给药一个月，未见大鼠出现外观、体重增长、血象、肝肾功能及心、肝、脾、肺、肾５种脏器组织的毒性变化。The result of acute toxicity test for the Extract showed that LD50 was unable to get.MTD of rat was 55.6g crude drugs/kg.It was 204.6 times of human's clinical dosage 0.27g/kg.It indicated that the Extract was safe in clinical use.Based on using 24g/kg and 0.8g/kg of the Extract with the stomach perfusion for one month continuously,the toxicity test of long term showed that the toxic changes on the outside appearance,increasing of Weight,blood picture,the function of liver and kidney,tissues of heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were not found.
