摘  要:采用统计分析软件SPSS12.0,对血竭α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂中铁、锰、铜、钙、镁5种金属元素含量与其活性进行多元逐步回归分析,建立了多元线性回归模型:[ID50]=-0.522+0.013[Ca]+0.234[Mn](R=0.975,P<0.05),筛选出2个对α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂活性具有显著影响的元素钙和锰;并对模型进行实验验证,为血竭α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的筛选提供参考.Using statistic software SPSS12.0, relationship between Dragon's blood α-glucosidase inhibitor's ability and concentration of metals including iron, manganese, copper, calcium and magnesium were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression. The regression equation was established: [ ID50] = -0.522 + 0.013 [Ca] + 0.234[Mn] (R = 0.975, P 〈 0.05), basing which calcium and manganese were considered as those elements affect the ability significantly. The equation was validated by experiment. It would be reference on selecting Dragon's blood α-glucosidase inhibitor.
