摘 要:对具有定向结构的碳纳米管试样进行了压缩和卸载实验,得到了试样完整的实验曲线;在压缩过程中,试样表现为非线性的应力应变关系,且瞬时模量随变形逐渐变大;在卸载过程中,试样的应力应变关系表现为另一条路径;整个压缩和卸载过程形成一个回线,在完全卸载后存在有残余的不可恢复塑性变形。应用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试样的微观结构进行观察;研究了碳纳米管在压缩实验过程中的微观变形状况;分析了其塑性变形机理,为进一步研究碳纳米管的非线性力学行为提供了一定的实验基础。The Compression and unloading experiments of aligned carbon nan.otubes samples have been carried out and the experi mental curves have been obtained. During compression process, the samples behave the nonlinear stress-strain relationships and the transient modulus increase with compression deformation. The stress-strain relationship in case of unloading is another curve and the two processes form a whole loop-line. There is an unrecoverable plastic deformation for these samples when unloading is end. The TEM and SEM have been applied to investigate the micro-structure of these carbon nanotube samples and the special de- formation mechanisms have been found. All these can provide an experimental basis for further research of nonlinear properties of carbon nanotubes.
