摘　　要：本文从农村管理政策评价、乡村干部选举制度、基层政权运行绩效评价指标以及乡镇政权改革等四个方面介绍和分析了基层民众对农村管理体制改革的基本态度和看法。The authors present some of opinions and attitude of the common people in rural China, which are based on their field trips in four counties in Hunan Province. They are related to the main policies in rural areas, including the election at the township level, evaluation of performance of the local authorities, and the reform of the township leadership
