毓宫胶囊对肾阳虚型子宫发育不良大鼠IL_2-IFN-NKC免疫调节网影响的研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察毓宫胶囊对肾阳虚型子宫发育不良大鼠IL2(白介素-2)-IFN(干扰素)-NKC(自然杀伤细胞)免疫调节网的影响,探讨其治疗子宫发育不良的机制。[方法]通过对幼龄SD雌鼠40只随机分为4组:正常对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、右归丸组(C组)、毓宫胶囊组(D组),肌注地塞米松复合双侧卵巢切除建立肾阳虚型子宫发育不良模型,对模型动物用毓宫胶囊治疗,右归丸做对照,治疗18d后处死,取胸腺、脾脏、子宫称质量,并测定脾组织IL2、IFN、NKC活性。[结果]肾阳虚子宫发育不良大鼠胸腺、脾脏、子宫质量以及IL2、IFN、NKC活性均较正常组明显下降(P<0.01),毓宫胶囊能提高胸腺、脾脏、子宫质量及IL2、IFN、NKC活性(P<0.01)。[结论]肾阳虚型子宫发育不良大鼠的非特异性免疫力下降;毓宫胶囊在促进肾阳虚型子宫发育不良大鼠子宫发育的同时,提高IL2、IFN、NKC活性,正向调节其免疫功能。即毓宫胶囊有调节神经内分泌免疫网的作用。[Objective] To observe the influence of Yugong （invigorating the uterus） Capsule on IL2- IFN-NKC immunological regulation network in rats with deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome and dysplasia of uterus and discuss the mechanism of treating dysplasia of uterus. [Methods] Forty immature SD female mice were randomly divided into four groups： control group （A）, model group（B）, Yougui pills group（C）, Yugong capsule（D）. The deficiency kidney-yang syndrome and dysplasia of uterus in rats were established by injecting hexadecadrol and bilateral oophorectomy. The weight of thymus, spleen, uterus, the IL-2, IFN and NKC activity of the spleen were determined. [Result] The weight of thymus, spleen uterus and IL-2, IFN and NKC activity in the treatment group were obviously lower than that in the normal group in rays with deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome and dysplasia of uterus（P〈0.01）. Yugong Capsule could increase the weight of thymus, spleen, uterus and IL-2, IFN and NKC activity （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Nonspeeific immunity decreased in rats with deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome and hypoplasia of uterus. Yugong Capsnle can promote the development of uterus, enhance IL-2, IFN and NKC activity and up-regulate its immune function in rats with deficiency of kidney-yang syndrome and sysplasia of uterus. YuGong capsule possesses a regulative effect on nerve-endocrine-immune networks.
