HPLC法同时测定香加皮中杠柳毒苷和4-甲氧基水杨醛

摘　　要：[目的]同时测定香加皮中杠柳毒苷和4-甲氧基水杨醛的含量。[方法]采用HPLC法,ODS色谱柱,流动相为乙腈∶水=27∶73,检测波长220nm。[结果]杠柳毒苷线性范围0.05～1.6μg,r=0.9994;4-甲氧基水杨醛线性范围0.23～7.4μg,r=0.9993;杠柳毒苷和4-甲氧基水杨醛的精密度分别为1.2%、3.0%,重现性分别为1.4%、2.8%,加样回收率分别为100.2%、99.8%。[结论]本法简便、准确,可同时测定香加皮中的杠柳毒苷和4-甲氧基水杨醛。[Objective] To determine the content of Periplocin and 4-methoxysalicylic aldehyde in Cortex Periplocae simultaneously. [Methods] The determination was carried out by HPLC on ODS chromatographic column, using acetonitrile-water（27：73）as the mobile phase at 220 nm. [Result] The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.05-1.6 μg （r=0.999 4）for periplocin and 0.23-7.4 μg（r=-0.999 3）for 4-methoxysalicyl aldehyde. The precision of the two constituents was 1.3% and 2.5%, the reproducibility was 1.4% and 2.8% and the spotting recovery rate was 100.2% and 99.8% respectively. [Conclusion] This method is convenient and accurate. It can be used to determine periplocin and 4-methoxysalicylic aldehyde simultaneously.
