摘  要:以数控(NC)车刀的电子化样本的开发为例,介绍了面向数控工艺设计应用需要的数控刀具自动化管理系统开发技术、数控刀具结构的一般知识和切削参数选择的相关理论。在详细分析了系统的数据结构和实体关系的基础上,说明了系统开发的技术关键、应用特点和实际效果。结论表明:实现数控刀具管理的信息化可以大大简化工艺设计中数控刀具参数查询的过程,提高工艺准备的效率;在保证安全的基础上,实现相关参数的按企业定制,可以有效地保护企业既得的实际加工经验数据,提高工艺编制的针对性和企业适用性。同时,采用ActiveX控件式结构,可以有效地兼顾工程应用软件的数据交换需求和企业信息化B/S结构趋向的特点,收到较好的应用效果。Through the development of an example which serves as NC turn cutter electronic sample book, developing technique for NC cutter automatic management oriented process plan was introduced. In addition, general knowledge of NC cutter structure and cutting parameter choice principal were also involved. Following detailed system data structure analysis, Entity and Relationship analysis, the key technique for system development, application character and actual effect were also introduced. The conclusion indicates that application of NC cutter management information system can impressively simplify the inquiry process in process plan. Consequently, the efficiency can be increased. Because cutting parameters can be conditioned according to customers' practice based on insurance of security, the enterprise manufacturing knowledge got from actual production can be persisted effectively. On the other hand, the content of process plan will also be improved more suitable and more enterprise specific. As structure of activeX control, this application module can simplify the data exchange between engineer applications and can simultaneously accord with the B/S trend of enterprise information system structure.
