摘　　要：以分散网络化制造理论和方法为指导,研究一种适合于本地机电行业可持续发展的生产运作模式———分散网络化制造联盟,并阐述了联盟运作模式的构思、目标和关键技术,为快速开发高质量、低成本的新产品寻找实用的运作方法,探索一条利用高新技术手段改造传统产业的有效途径。A producing and operating mode-dispersed network manufacturing union fit for the lasting development manufacturing of local mechanical and electrical industry was investigated on the guidance of the theory and method of dispersed network manufacturing, the conceive, goal and key technology of the operating of the union was expatiated, which provides an effective approach to improve traditional industry and find an applied operating method to develop high quality and low cost products.
