摘  要:金刚石铰削技术已在现代机械制造工业中起到重要作用。以精密铰刀为例,提出精密孔加工刀具的一种新型设计与制造方法———内包容电镀法,介绍其制造原理与方法,阐述金刚石铰刀高精度内孔模具的设计与制造、内包容复合电镀、内包容旋转流动电镀、开刃与开槽等关键制造技术问题,并说明其铰削工艺技术。The diamond cutting - tool technique has been taking an important role in the field of modern manufacture industry. A new method for designing and manufacturing the precision reamer, that is inside - holding electroplating was put forward. Its principle, method and key manufacturing techniques was introduced, such as the design and manufacture of the die with high precision hole, the complex electroplating technique with inside -holding, the eddy flowage electroplating technique with inside -holding, the sharpening and slotting, etc. The reaming techniques were presented.
