摘 要:在机床主传动系统优化设计中,首先运用分级模块式设计方法进行机床主传动系统传动方案的优化。在此基础上,运用优化设计中的内点惩罚函数法将约束优化问题转化为无约束问题后,用共轭梯度法进行机床主传动系统中零件参数的优化。采用以上优化过程和方法可使机床主传动系统方案达到最优,同时可提高设计精度、缩短设计周期。In the optimal design of main transmission system in machine tool, the transmission scheme was formed by the theory of graded module, the methods of interior point castigating function ( which transforms the problems with restriction into problems without restriction) and conjugate gradient were used to optimize the parameters of accessories in main transmission system of machine tool. It is concluded that optimal process increases the design precision, shortens the design periods and gets the most optimal main transmission system in machine tool.
