摘 要:应用变频器控制技术,使液压定量泵实现变量功能。在此变量原理的基础上设计了一个由变频器控制的复合变量泵。通过理论和仿真研究表明,这种复合变量泵具有结构简单、控制灵活、工作可靠和一泵多能等特点。仿真结果还表明,这种泵的动态响应速度不如传统的复合变量泵,因此必须采用更高性能的变频器或改善控制算法。Based on the trequency convert technology, by using hydraulic constant volume pump to control flux, a Kind of complex variable - displacement pump was designed, which is controlled by an AC converter. Detailed analysis and simulation show that this system has such advantages as simple structure, high reliability and multiple functions; meanwhile, it can be controlled easily. Although the simulation shows that the dynamic response speed of this system is not so fast as traditional multiple volume changeable pump system, special AC converters with high capability or developed control stratagems can solve the problem.
