摘　　要：35000吨级浅吃水肥大型散货船是我国“七五”期间为解决能源运输而研制的新一代船型.为了在批量建造中逐步优化船舶质量和进一步提高经济效益,在“八五“期间进行了优化研究设计并建造了Ⅱ型船。本文介绍了优化研究设计所进行的一些工作,如拓展船舶用途提高经济效益、结构设计的优化、主机选型分析等,并具体介绍了该船的主要技术指标和特点。35000 dwt shallow-draft full form bulk carrier is one of new generation of ship types developed during the 'Seventh Five Years Plan'. In order to further improving ship perfomances and increasing economic efficiency, optimal design for the ship has been carried out and two ships of type I have been completed. The paper presents the study work and optimal design for the ship, such as expanding the ship's utility, incresing economic efficiency, optimizing structure design, analysis of main engine adoption etc. Also main characteristics and technical data of the ship are outlined.
