摘　　要：提出以工业PC和国产GT400-SV多轴运动控制卡为基础构成刻楦机的开放式结构的数控系统。阐述了该数控系统的硬件构成,并重点介绍了系统应用软件的结构、系统软件的模块化设计以及W INDOW S环境下进行用户化开发的过程。该数控系统的实际工程应用,验证了系统的实用性和开放性。Based on industry PC and domestic GT400 -SV multi -axis motion control card, a new open architecture numerical control shoe last machine tool was developed. The components of system hardware were proposed, and the structure of NC system application software was discussed, The software was designed and developed in the WINDOWS environment. Practicability and characteristics of open architecture were proved when shoe last machining on the control of the NC systems.
