摘　　要：商丘是中华民族的发祥地之一,这里名胜古迹众多,有多处中国之最,旅游品味高。重点开发商丘旅游资源,使之形成商丘的“朝阳产业”、“无烟产业”,是推动商丘经济、社会快速发展、和谐发展的科学决策。采取国家、地方、部门、外商、个人共建方针,全面提升综合配套建设和服务水平,尽快形成旅游规模优势,是商丘旅游经济实现良好经济效益、社会效益的必由之路。Shangqiu is one of the birthplaces of the Chinese nation, There are multitudinous places of historic interest with good traveling taste in the city and many have got the first place in China, It is a scientific decision to lay emphasis on the development of Shangqiu traveling resources then cause it to form ＂Chaoyang and Smokeless industry＂ and eventually impel Shangqiu＇s economic society develop fleetly and harmoniously. The only road of building high economic efficiency and social benefit is that we should adopt a constructs policy from the contry, the districts, the foreign merchants and individuals to increase integrated supporting construction and serving level then form the traveling scale superiority as soon as possible.
