摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的深化和国际国内形势的变化,固定盯住汇率安排已不合适宜,汇率制度改革成为必然。回顾了我国人民币汇率制度改革历程,对进一步完善人民币汇率形成机制提出建议。With the development of socialism market economy and the change of internal and international situation, fixed exchange rate system become inappropriate, so the innovation is inevitable. This paper review the evolution of the RMB exchange rate system and put forward some suggestion on how to perfect it.
