摘 要:重点研究剖析了6~35kV中性点非直接接地系统弧光接地过电压对电气设备的危害,分析比较了我国限制弧光接地过电压措施的优缺点,调研并大胆采用限制弧光接地过电压的新技术,将原来的中性点经消弧线圈接地系统改进完善为中性点不直接接地系统,一方面能有效地抑制弧光接地过电压;另一方面提高小电流接地选线装置的灵敏性及选线准确性。该更新改造项目的实施在限制弧光接地过电压措施方面是一个新突破,对企业内部电网和供电电网的安全运行有着重要的现实意义和经济意义。The arc earth overvoltage of non--direct earth system of 6-35kV neutral point damage to electric equipment is mainly studied and analyzed . Strong and weak points of measures of the limiting arc earth overvoltage is analyzed and compared. Take a bold adoption in the new technique of the limiting arc earth overvoltage. The former neutral point going through the arc--extinguishing coil earth system is made into the non--direct earth systcm of the neutral point. On the one hand , the arc earth overvoltage can be effectively controlled ; on the othe hand,sensitivity of the low current earth selecting device and selecting wire accuracy are improved . The renew reform is a new breakthrough in the limiting arc earth overvoltage .
