针灸祛脂瘦身疗效初探

摘　　要：目的探索针灸对体重正常者的祛脂瘦身效果。方法以体重正常的女性为观察对象,以体重和腰围为主要观察指标,观察体针治疗及耳穴贴压的祛脂瘦身效果。结果体针治疗组以体重和腰围为观察指标的有效率分别为92.5%和97.5%;耳穴贴压组以体重为指标的有效率分别为40%和32.5%;体针治疗组体重平均减轻4.7kg,腰围减少6.9cm;耳穴贴压组体重平均减轻3.4kg,腰围减少2.5cm。结论体针治疗与耳穴贴压均有一定的减肥瘦身效果,但体针明显优于耳穴贴压,且体针缩短腰围的疗效更显著。Objective To investigate the reducing effect of acupuncture on body fat and weight in normal weight persons. Methods Normal weight women were selected as subjects. Body weight and waistline were used as main observation indices. The reducing effects of body acupuncture and auricular-plaster therapy on body fat and weight were investigated. Results In the body acupuncture group,the effective rate was 92.5% for body weight and 97, 5% for waistline. In the auricular-plaster therapy group,the effective rate was 40% for body weight and 32.5% for waistline. In the body acupuncture group,the weight was reduced by an average 0f4.7 kg and the waistline ,by an average of 6.9 cm. In the auricular-plaster therapy group,the weight was reduced by an average of 3.4 kg and the waistline, by an average of 2.5 cm. Conclusion Both body acupuncture and auricular-plaster therapy have a certain reducing effect on body weight, but the effect is significantly better in the body acupuncture group than in the auricular-plaster therapy group, and body acupuncture is even more effective in shortening the waistline.
