摘　　要：目的观察采用华佗夹脊穴治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法利用针刺华佗夹脊穴、背俞穴拔罐、背部点穴疗法治疗慢性胃炎102例。结果经1～6个月的治疗,并随访6～24个月。102例中临床治愈31例(30.39%),好转62例(60.78%),总有效率为91.18%。结论针灸是治疗慢性胃炎的有效手段。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huatuo Jaji points for treating chronic gastritis patients. Methods One hundred and two patients with chronic gastritis patients were treated by acupuncture of Huatuo Jaji points, cupping on Backshu points and digital pressing on dorsal point. Results One to six months＇ treatment and 6 to 24 months＇ follow-up showed that of the 102 patients, 31 （30.39%） obtained a clinical cure and 62（60.78% ） ,improvement, with a total efficacy rate of 91.18%. Conclusion Acupuncture is an effective way to treat chronic gastritis.
