摘　　要：目的通过公众参与,对拟建项目可能造成的环境医学污染及其能取得的经济与社会效益进行定性评价,为拟建项目的环境医学评价工作提供可靠的公众参与信息。方法采用多种形式,对有关专家学者、拟建项目周边企事业单位以及项目所在地可能受到直接影响的居民进行调查。结果使公众了解工程性质、对人体健康和环境质量可能产生的影响,为工程的初步设汁和环境医学保护措施实施提出合理化建议。结论本文介绍的公众参与方法在开展区域环境卫生学评价中有一定的使用价值,可以提高环境医学评价的有效性。Objective By means of public participation, the qualitative evaluation of a planned hospital Construction item which possibly causes environmemal medicine pollution and its economic and social benefits was carried out, and reliable information of public participation was presented for environmental medicine assessment. Methods Various forms were adopted to conduct investigafions with related experts, surrounding enterprises and institutions as well as inhabitants who were directly influenced by the construction item. Results The public had an tmderstanding of engineering properties, impacts on human health and environmental quality, and provided rationalization proposals for preliminary designs and protective measures. Conclusion The method of public participation is valuable in use for hygienic evaluation of regional environment and impriving of the validity of environmental medicine assessment.
