单侧多功能外固定器治疗四肢骨折160例

摘　　要：目的总结单侧多功能固定器治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法在X光监视下,确定穿刺针平面,使骨折远近端穿入4枚相平行的固定钉,股骨、肱骨以外侧进入,进钉方向应与患者冠状面平行,而与骨纵轴垂直;胫腓骨从前由侧进入,钉与胫骨内侧面垂直。然后安置固定器。结果160例中随访145例骨折均愈合,愈合率达100%,无1例发生骨不连接或迟延愈合。结论单侧多功能外固定器治疗四肢骨折效果理想,无任何并发症。Objective To summarize the clinical effect of treatment of limbs fracture with unilateral functional fixation device. Methods The needle was penetrated at distal end of fracture at the out - lateral of femoral, humeral or inner - lateral of tibia with parallel of longitudinal axis under monitored of X - ray. Then the device was fixed. Results 145 of 160 cases were followed up and healed at rate of 100% without dis-connection or delayed healing. Conclusion The unilateral multiple functional fixation device might treat the limb fracture with ideal curative effect without any complication.
