改进的腹股沟斜疝修补术79例体会

摘　　要：目的总结腹股沟斜疝修补术的改进方法与优点。方法确定腹股沟管后壁薄弱情况后，将提出的疝囊行高位荷包或贯穿缝扎，近侧残端即回缩到腹膜外间隙，将内环缝合2-3针即可。结果79例术后1d即可下床活动，1周后拆线，切口全部工期愈合。结论改进后的疝修补术，方法简单，修补效果确切。Objective To summarize the improved repair method and its advantage of oblique inguinal hernia. Methods When the groin and wall were informed, ligation or suture at high level of hernia neck and inner lap suture at proximal end of peritoneum were performed. Results All cases could be out - of- bed activity and turned curve at 1 week with all healed. Condusion This improved method might be easy to perform with exactly curative effect.
