摘　　要：目的总结截瘫患者褥疮的治疗方法并为预防褥疮发生提供方法。方法对48例截瘫患者褥疮发生情况和治疗方法等进行了总结。结果48例患者中17例局部换药后自愈、直接缝合者27处创面中22处愈合、局部皮瓣转移术23例中22倒创面均一期愈合，1例皮瓣远端小片坏死经换药2周后愈合。结论截瘫患者褥疮的治疗方法因创面不同而异，但最好的治疗是预防其发生。Objective To analyze the treatment methods on pressure sores following paraplegia and provide the preventive way. Methods The general conditions and treatment of pressure sores in 48 cases following paraplegia were analyzed retrospectively. Results 17 cases healed through local dressing change in 48 eases and 22 wounds healed in 27 wounds with direct suture. There were 22 cases with primary wound healing in23 cases after local flap transplantation.Conclusions The treatment methods of pressure sores following paraplegia are varied upon the wounds, and the optimal treatment is prevention.
