摘　　要：通过对广东省足球后备人才的训练、管理、文化教育问题和教练员的岗位培训、管理者的学习等问题的分析,探讨广东省足球竞技后备人才培养中存在的问题和不足。Through analyzing the training system, management system, financing, culture education, coach on-job training and governor knowledge, this paper discusses the existing problems and shortcoming of soccer reserve talent cultivation in Guangdong province. The main purpose is to promote the cultivation of reserve talent and soccer development of Guangdong.
