摘　　要：通过对图书馆实时参考咨询服务开展的现状分析,阐述了国内图书馆实时参考咨询的概况和类型,同时指出目前实时参考咨询工作中存在的问题,探讨实时咨询服务的发展方向。Based on the introduction to the status quo of the development of reference service in china, this article analyzes different types of real-time reference service and their characteristics in china and looks into its future.
