摘　　要：通过对中调门上发生断裂的16条螺栓进行全面、系统的检验、分析,证实螺栓断裂的主要原因为材质综合力学性能存在问题,主要是冲击韧性偏低较多造成的脆性断裂。After overall examination and analysis to the 16 cracked bolts on MP governing porthole, the paper reaches the conclusion that the main reasons of bolts cracking is lower material synthetic machanical perfermance,mainly is inferior material impact toughness.
